Luxurious classy hotel with very very helpful and efficient staff at check-out. Spacious well appointed room with separate bathroom and a minibar, a TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. Private parking in the property provided. Outdoor bar and great pool. Honestly no complaint.

Luxury and perfectly clean place to stay in, it has very very helpful staff at check-out. The hotel offers spacious well appointed and well-kept rooms with view on Lago Maggiore and balcony and comfortable beds. I strongly recommend as I loved this venue.

Truly enjoyed the place, especially my triple room. It was equipped with a bidet. The location was particularly good and a ferry port was steps away from the hotel.

the hotel is gorgeous, it has very attentive staff at reception desk. make sure you stay in the queen room with mountain view and a balcony, as for instance.

Room comes with a TV that has channels like HBO, ESPN, and more 📺. Also, the room has central heating to keep you warm and a personal safe to store your valuables. the location is amazing. There is a spacious separate bathroom that is a big plus.

The delux room was spacious and beautifull with separate living room , the view of the lake was gorgeous - the hotel looked and felt like 5 star ! the food was delicious and reception is very supportive.We will return to this beatifull Lake andg the hotel for sure!
Everything wss perfect, quite and very relaxing place with beautifull surroundings- you can watch swans swimming near you, from the balcony in the room!!!

The stuff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located close to the lake and the boat landing so it is easy to get there as well as go for a trip on the Maggiore Lake. There are two swimming pools where it is possible to swim not only make foots wet (free of charge - included in the price). Whirlpool bath is with a nice view for the lake and mountains.
The room was rather small, 1/4 of the room are was a narrow corridor. Even the price for the room is already rather high all additional services are played separately (internet access, fitness center, sauna, etc.). The breakfast is also not included ant the fee of 15€ is still relatively high.

This hotel is great. We stayed for Easter Weekend and it was far to be crowded. The grounds are spacious and they have an outdoor play area as well as a playroom which are great when travelling with young children. Location is great, literally next door to the ferries that take you to the Islands. We booked a room with mountain view (cheaper than lake view) but ended up with a side room in a corner that had both lake and mountain views. It's great to have the balconies to enjoy these views.
Rooms are a little small and the bed was a little too firm for us. Buffet breakfast is expensive so we ended up having breakfast in a cafe next door, which was really good. We had dinner once in the hotel and the food was great, but there are other options as there are quite a few restaurants near the hotel.
